Signers open emails they recognise. Put your logo, brand colour and footer on every email they receive, on the signing page and on the certificate of completion.
Branding and sender profiles come with the Team and Scale plans. Removing “via SignSwifly” and sending from your own domain are Scale.

What you can set
- Your logo on emails, the signing page and the certificate of completion
- Your brand colour on emails and the signing page, held to accessible contrast: a colour white text can’t be read on (WCAG 2.2 AA, 4.5:1) is refused, with a darker shade suggested
- A footer line on every email to signers
- Sender profiles: a display name, reply-to address, logo and footer for each brand or office, chosen per envelope
On Scale
- Take “via SignSwifly” off emails and the signing page
- Send from your own email domain, set up with our team
- “Secured by SignSwifly” stays on the signing page, and our operator line at the foot of every email, on every plan: it’s how a signer checks a request is genuine
